Back at the Guesthouse Hotel breakfast is worth getting up for with the traditional full Irish,or a lighter cold buffet selection, Pan fried potato cake and bacon is a house speciality.

The hotel's chef is non other than John Sheehan the owner of the hotel.
John has travelled the world to several international cookery events as captain of the Irish Cookery team, the team has won the world Banqueting Championships in Sweden 2003.
